First, you'll have to appear for an online exam. Duration of exam is 30 min and total number of questions are 22. In most of the questions, you will be provided with the java code for which, you'll have to guess the correct output from provided options. You must score at least 50% to proceed to the further rounds.
Once you've cleared the test, there are total 3 rounds of interview.
First round (Technical), duration: 45 min
Basic oops questions. Some tricky java programs for which you'll have to guess the correct output.
Second round (Managerial), duration: 30 min
Questions related to your previous job and some technical questions.
After second round, I got a call from HR saying that there has been a change in JD and whether I am still interested in proceeding further. Since the new JD was related to my technical skills, I said yes.
Third round (Director round), duration- 1 Hr
Mostly consists of system design questions where you will be provided with the scenario and you will have to come up with a high level system design.
After third round, recruiter just ghosted me. I also sent a follow-up email to which I got no reply. Very unprofessional behavior. At least show some decency to let the candidate know whether they are selected or not.
