Most unorganized interview process I have been through. Interviewers seemed very inexperienced in terms of interviewing candidates. Of the four individuals I was scheduled to meet, only two were in the office, another called in and the final individual was out of the office and didn’t even know there was an interview going on for his team. Heard back from the internal recruiter a week later stating they promoted internally. Overall, they could improve on their process, and communications between recruiting team.
