Ingeniux's hiring process starts with a short phone interview with the company's freelance recruiter. If you pass that, you'll be called in for an in-person interview that has two or three rounds of three people each round from different departments, all in one day. You'll possibly have to come back another day if someone was out sick and wants to get a chance to talk to you. It was quite laid back and everyone was really nice.
