After attending technical and manager round, it took 7 days to get the offer letter. Good response. Mostly asked on SQL server with SSIS and DTS along with IIS work process, .net questions were less.

Typical process for Wind’s Gate Philippines: application screening, short aptitude/technical exam, initial HR interview, technical interview with developers, then final/client interview. Fresh graduates are usually asked about fundamentals and problem-solving.
No response in follow up result of interview and the interviewer is very professional but upon follow up the result no response yet.
Maybe i will proceed on applying other companies because the HR on this company have no professional attitude
