Have you ever worked in a multidisciplinary team (i.e. with both tech and non-tech members)? If yes, did you like it and why? If not, would you like to and why?
I had 3 rounds in the interview process. One with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager and one with the actual manager I would be working for. It was all very organized and professional. They did take their time in providing me with an offer. If I remember correctly it took about a month after the last interview.

The multilevel interview process at Ingram macro included resume shortlisting, followed by my telephonic interview with HR, following which I had opportunity for online interview with the team leader, next step was culminating in a final interview with the department head.
