Quick interviewing and hiring process with a lot of room for significant error down the line. Random "philosophical questions" are also part of the interview. This is the most unprofessional interview I have had, period. I do not recall her name but toward the end of the interview, I felt like it would not be a great experience if her involvement were included. One answer I gave as to why I work other than a check was in regard to my 2 daughters, she found that offensive and improper. Good luck if you do end up with them, but plenty of options are out there.
