It was the average interview process: Recruiter phone screen (Carly was awesome) and 2 separate interviews with the director and my would-be direct supervisor. Both were really nice and asked questions specific to what I do in my current role, not necessarily behavioral/situational questions

Very great, they asked good questions that flowed into a conversation. Everyone at the company was so nice and it really was a pleasant experience. Initiative is a really cool company!
