Phone screening with HR; Was sent a “homework” assignment where I created a marketing calendar and wrote email and social media copy, and created a mood board for a brand collection. After that was sent in I met in person with two Brand Specialists. They were extremely nice and the interview lasted about 30-40 minutes.
