The interview process feels more like a conversation/discussion, revealing the friendly and inclusive culture of the firm. You were allowed to ask for questions and advice. In general, they are intrigued by my motivation in working in a VC and some of my previous experiences in my CV (it was something outside my field of study). The interviews had been so delightful.
