Interview was okay but their HR/hiring practices are not great. They tried to hire via a contractor company but also work with direct manager with opportunity to become full time. Received offer but lots of red flags, hiring manager was late and seemed stressed, they don't seem that receptive to remote for an application IT and strategy position. The management and organizational culture did not seem appealing. The contracting company or seemed kind of shady too they gave me only 1 or 2 days to make a decision from the day of offering saying someone else who needs the job will be offered it if I decline so I ended up declining since I had another offer pending. Then I saw the job opportunity was reposted shortly after.
