A lot of scenario based questions + they ask what your plans are for the next 5 years. Interview is very quick around 30mins or so. There was 1 person who is physically there and 3 online via teams. Be confident in yourself

STAR based question/answers. Customer Service experience, DIfficult time at work place/ new challanges at workplace. Tell about a time you said no at work. Tell about a time you experienced something new at work.
Interview is based on the key skills of the role. They will give you skills which they are looking at and candidate has to prepare answers with good examples. They need to hear lot of examples with experience details.
