I was contacted via Linkedin mail by the founder and CEO himself. He said he liked my resume for the Communications Specialist position for which I applied. He already had my information, but wanted me to fill out a Google Docs form to get more information. I filled it out the same day and emailed the CEO to inform him that it was filled out. After that - no response. Completely ghosted.

The process was smooth. I had an interview with the head hunting company and afterwards 2 additional interviews, one with the CEO and the last one with the CFO. They were really nice and explained to me about the job in detail and answered all my questions.
