Couple of simple technical questions. General discussions. More questions about soft skills.
They wanted me to fly over to Hamburg and have a personal discussion, but tickets were way to expensive and they wanted me to buy them (they would reimburse them later). I did not have enough money and asked for a Skype interview. It worked.

Colloquio
Zuerst ein einzelnes Telefon-Interview.
Dann Interview in einer Gruppe vor Ort mit einem realistischen Praxistest zu den Linux Kenntnissen (Aufgabe wurde gestellt und sollte innerhalb der Zeit gelöst werden, Internet durfte zur Hilfe genutzt werden).
Danach ein weiteres Telefongespräch zur Klärung der vertraglichen Rahmenbedingungen.
Insgesamt waren alle Gespräche sehr freundlich und entspannt, zeigt ein sehr gutes Bild. Man hat sich Zeit genommen und auch Interesse gezeigt.
