We first met during THU, at the conference i had my portfolio reviewed and got a good feedback. When a position openned for 3d artist i sent them an email, and got a phone interview with the lead artist in the project and the producer. The inerview was good and lasted for almost half an hour. After this first interview i got an invitation to visit the company in Hamburg for a second round of interviews, this time with HR, and a second producer. The second interview was very good, and i was impressed by the company. Before i got back my plane i got the confirmation that the interview was good and that i would receive an offer. We negotiated in the offer and a short period afterwards here i am :)
