Straight forward but took months to get hired. Very slow process. It seemed like they needed a new team member but then changed their mind a few times in between and eventually re-interviewed me once again. I was then hired about 5 months later.

2 stages-one with the recruiter another one with a senior manager The time from the first interview to 2nd interview was about 4 days to a week Virtual interview I have also heard of others that had 3 stages interview

There were some common questions (why do you want to work here) but mostly, situational questions. You were meant to give examples of previous tough situations you had been in in a professional setting (ex. conflict with a peer, how you managed an unhappy customer etc)

they first leave you waiting at the corridor, no reciptionnist and no logic in how the process works, then the program managers meets with you and describes the program, make it sound easy work but not really explain the tasks
