The interview process is well organized. Interviews take place at the plant, and are conducted by the production staff. It is great to interview with the department you would be working for, instead of HR. They are very open to questions.

Did one in person interview, it was scheduled for a couple weeks from when I spoke to the recruiter, and I did not hear back for several weeks after the interview.
