There were three rounds with six people. The first two rounds were in the first week and then the last one was three weeks later. I didn't find the interview difficult but felt that I was ghosted after spending hours with them. I'm perfectly okay with not getting an offer but being ghosted is just plain rude. After the third round, I did not hear from them for a month until they sent me an email informing me of their decision. After a month, I wasn't that stupid as to think an offer would be coming. What is the point after a month? It tells me everything I need to know about Innophos. The whole process was stop and go. Another friend of mine also interviewed for same position with a similar experience. No wonder they can't beg people to work in their Utah plant.
