Recruiter reached out to me. First interview was a case with a MD. The conversation flowed well and was more conversational than any case I’ve done. Though the MD said I did great and I’d hear about the next round, I was ghosted. When I reached out 2 weeks later, they were “still collecting feedback.” A couple days later, I was told the MD pinged the recruiter that I struggled in the case so I shouldn’t move forward. It was very apparent he forgot to log feedback on the late Friday interview.
