Hr recruiters call for a phone interview, then you have a face to face, then a panel interview. They are good about keeping you informed. I was already an employee for them but moving to a different division. The HR recruits were friendly and helpful. They put you at ease. The panel was harder and they did not tell you who they were and their position, so you have to ask.
