Applied through a job portal and they called me for the interview. There are two rounds of interview technical and then founder will talk to you.
For experience candidate I will suggest try somewhere else because they're rude and controlling I felt and they follow some odd policies. Also salary they offered is not upto the mark.

In technical round they'll ask PHP, MySql, CI related questions and owner will discuss mostly about your education and personal life specially about mathematics because I believe he is obsessed about the subject and has no knowledge about programming.
