I was kept continually updated by the recruiter, who was excellent to work with and quick to respond to requests for more info. Very rarely did I feel like I was "waiting in the dark" - a pleasant change from many others who expressed interest, but then disappeared! The interview process did drag out a bit, but having been onboarded now and understanding their process, it was not unreasonable and part of the issue was they were still fleshing out details of what they needed, and were also waiting on the "green light" from their new President, who had not been onboarded yet. All in all, it was a great experience.
