Colloquio
One set of technical exercises, one phone interview, one in-person interview. Interviewed by three researchers with whom I'd be working. Process is very slow, with the interview separated by about a month. I'm still waiting on a final response.

Domanda 1
No unexpected questions. Some softball technical questions about statistical methods, but they didn't seem overly concerned with hearing exactly the right answers. Maybe this was because the completed exercises tested technical ability. Several questions to judge whether I'd be able to commit to the position: the hours, the contract term, etc. Specific questions about relevant experience I'd listed on my resume; clearly they had read my resume before the interview. Follow up communication was useful and transparent, and they are apologetic about the slow process.

Colloquio
The first round of interviews out of two. The interview lasted an hour and was done by skype. They asked me about what I knew about IPA and why I had applied to the job. I was interviewed only by one person. Half of the interview was done in English and the other half in Spanish.

Ask me about RCTs, why they are good for program evaluations.
