After selecting your resume, they email you and set a phone screening. They check your skills in the phone interview. If you have experience or show you are able to train and get the skills (which is totally possible), they will add you to their list and invite you to work in the next legal case available.

Was interviewed by a VP, Kathy Fetgatter who was very personable, intelligent, frank and truthful. Very pleasant person and helpful when it comes to employing individual document review attorneys
