It was really hard to go through contract process, I had tons of questions but will get answers 6 hours later. It was a bit frustrating.
I don’t feel like I’m getting much respect by the guy that is my mentor.

Wasn’t really an Interview just explained to me what it is and how everything works. Then I agreed to continue with the contracting process.
