You will have a brief phone interview that is just going down a list of questions, rather than a conversation then an in-person interview where you realize your resume was not looked at. You do not get to meet with fellow staff that you will end up working with.

I applied online through Craigslist and was called to do a phone interview (30 minutes). After the phone interview came an in person interview. The phone interview was mostly screening, "do you have experience in ___?" "Tell me about a time you did ___." In person interview was more in depth behavioral questions, including "what would you do if _________?" The best experience is to talk about when you worked with kids, or people with disabilities. Offer came the same day as the in person interview.
