In my opinion a complete waste of time. I spent over a month going through six separate interviews for the Cloud Engineer role in Rochester, jumping through endless hoops with no clear direction. The process was disorganized, with constant back and forth on trivial and repetitive topics that added no value. They're using a flawed automated AI system that records all video interviews, but fails to maintain continuity across interviews. Despite clearing every technical round, I was rejected for a reason that was explicitly addressed in the screening process. This shows a profound lack of attention, poor communication, and a complete disregard for the candidate's time. The company has no respect for candidates. Do not recommend applying to Innovative Solutions. It's a total waste of time.
