I heard that Innovistors is hiring freshers for the process associate role by my friend. The process took 1 week first round itself contains jam session after that they told us to write about anything which contains 300 words After writing that they told us u will reach you through email. After one week I got a mail from the company and the mail is about attend for the typing test I attend for the typing test and selected that round and last round is hr round.

I have got into this company of my best friend suggestion. And the way of interview process also very nice.The the way hiring and testing the communication skills is also very nice.And FACE TO FACE ROUND and JAM sessions and written skills , Typing skills and also have seen accuracy of net speed and this the process of the company.
