The interview took a full day and that simulated a day on the job. It included a site visit and interviews with various members of the company from owner down to project managers. There was also a small test in the beginning to check engineering knowledge.

about 45 min phone interview, had a discussion with their senior project manager. It was very straightforward, they ask about your work experience and discuss the type of work they do at innovo construction. The project manager seems very nice, and i would recommend other people apply as well.
