The interview was an hour long technical interview on excel but an hour was not enough to complete the questions. The questions were not clear and most of the time was wasted in understanding the context of the question.

30 minute initial interview was with the Operations Manager, who was very informative and helpful. We discussed the role, company, product, and my background/experience. Second interview was a one hour technical test with the Services Director. This person said they would reach out in a couple days with a decision but, frustratingly, I never heard back from them.

It is a math based excel test. You are sent a practice problem to study. Be prepared because the test further extends on the practice problem. They are not testing your excel skills but rather your problem solving and basic arithmetic skills. I mostly used if statements, rounding, addition, and multiplication during the test.
