The interview process at Innspark was simple and smooth. 1) Technical Round : (i)Questions were related to SOC operations, basic cybersecurity concepts, and security tools. (ii) I was asked about SIEM monitoring, alert analysis, incident handling, and basic networking & security fundamentals. (iii) Some scenario-based questions were asked to check my understanding and approach. 2) Final Discussion : (i) My technical knowledge, willingness to learn, and problem-solving skills were evaluated. (ii) After this, HR confirmed the role and shared further joining details.

The interview process included three rounds: • Round 1: An initial verbal screening with 2–3 basic technical questions for shortlisting. • Round 2: A detailed technical interview focused on SIEM concepts, architecture, and some networking fundamentals. • Round 3: The final HR round discussing role expectations and alignment.
