The process was quick - the same day I was interviewed I received a job offer. In total, the process took around 3 weeks after I was first contacted by the recruiter, but only because I was not available for an earlier interview. First, I interviewed with the hiring manager and then interviewed with some members of the team. It was a comfortable atmosphere to interview in and everyone was friendly. Additionally, the recruiter was very helpful and kept me very up to date during the whole process.

What is a difficult situation you’ve been in and how did you handle the conflict?
HR phone interview, then a Teams meeting interview. Multi-panel interview process. Doesn't last longer than 30 minutes. Questions about your nursing skills and experiences, background in education and leadership roles.

virtual and peer interview. Not hard. They need nurses. Not a bad place to work, just not get paid well. Good for new grad since it is a teaching hospital.
