took about 2 weeks to respond, they did a quick phone interview and then called me in 2 days later for in person. I didn't take the job bc it interfered too much with my schedule as I was unaware of the diversity of all shifts

Very easy, had an interview with two people. This was an extremely good interview process. Everyone was nice and very engaged with the interview, which made me feel very comfortable
Over zoom (during Covid). 1. Interview over the phone and the another interview with the unit manager. They ask you questions about your previous experience and if you have any medical background. Even if you don’t, it’s okay.
