I applied online a few days after I had a phone interview and a few weeks after that I was called for a personal interview that was scheduled for about a week or less after the call. I can not give any other feedback since I am still in the process.

I got an email from a lady at INOVA's HR for a phone interview on Thursday 3/3/17. I was really excited and looking forward to it. She asked when was a good time for a phone interview. I replied promptly that I was available all day. Nothing heard from her until the end of the day with an apology for replying late. I thanked her for replying any way. She asked me again about the following day. I specified the time at 10 am. She told me she would be in the meeting not able to talk and asked for any other time on that day. I right away gave her all day availability until 5pm. Nothing heard from her again a second time. On Monday the following week, I decided to shoot an email to ask if she was still interested to have a phone interview. She had a quick response with "Yes" and asked when should she call me. This time I also specified the time 3 pm. Nothing heard from her at all again the third time. I waited one more day for her to get back. Nothing at all. I was very anxious and frustrated. I decided to express my disappointment and not pursuing career at this company anymore by email. She replied in the early morning that "we are not interested to interview you any longer." What is going on with this company? Do you psychologically evaluate people through this process? It was horrible. Your ignorance is considered unacceptable and unprofessional. I've never been treated by any HR like this before. I was contacted from many places for opportunities. They were all professional. I was so disappointed with this kind of big company. I will never apply for job here for the rest of my life.
