Nurse recruiter asked a bunch of generic questions on the initial call (what’s your flaws type) to then tell me that the pay range was way less than what I’m currently making and to try to explain to me the difference between inpatient nursing an outpatient nursing. I’m currently outpatient and it would have been an $8/hr pay cut to stay outpatient with inova
