The interview process was unnecessarily lengthy. They started with a video recorded interview (which is always skewed against the applicant). Then I had to take a personality test. They followed this up with a phone screening with HR, who then scheduled two more Zoom interviews with the president and the individual who would be training. The president was late to the meeting and proceeded to criticize me for looking for a different job. After the interview, the HR person emailed me cancelling the other interview and telling me that they had decided to eliminate the position I had interviewed for.
