The interviewer was a nice person and really personable, however I was really disappointed to get ghosted after submitting a writing sample. Feedback or hearing something about where I was in the process would have been appreciated.

Process consisted of an initial phone screen with the director of manufacturing in which we discussed why I was interested in the position as well as the physical requirements for the job. Then a phone call with two engineers to answer a series of behavioral interview questions. Last stage was in-person, and consisted of 3 1-hour interviews, each with a different pair of engineers. Each pair asked from a list of behavioral or technical questions to gauge my background in process design, safety, quality, and work culture preferences.

The interview process was a bit disorganized and the role they were recruiting for seemed past the typical scope of an HR Generalist. The folks I met with were nice, but the company seems to be growing faster than the infrastructure they have.
