After a 1st quick interview with HR, it was onto the technical interview within a week's time. The technical interview was laid back and easy-going. The questions weren't super technical, and instead open ended which allowed room for conversation.

Ho effettuato un primo colloquio con un HR, molto gentile e disponibile che mi ha spiegato a grandi linee il ruolo per cui mi candidavo. Successivamente c'è stato un colloqui tecnico. Anche in questo colloqui gli interlocutori sono stati molto gentili. Mi hanno fatto diverse domande tecniche abbastanza dettagliate.

it was a very easy going process. I interviewed twice and both times were more like a conversation if anything. I felt comfortable and immediately understood the values of the company which aligned with my own.
