I spoke with an in-house recruiter on the phone. He asked if I'd like to move forward with face-to-face interview. I came in on my next open time. I sat down with him, he gave me more company detail and gave me a little background on the people I would soon been talking to. I spoke with the manager; she wanted me to talk to her manager; she wanted me to talk to her manager (CFO). They agreed that I should talk to the founders the next day. I did and received an offer later that same day. Everyone was very approachable, young and helpful.
