*Took less than 4 days * Spoke with 4 different people *Tested me on my knowledge of material I will be using for the position *Needed to be ready to take a call at any moment *First you will speak with a recruiter if you posted your resume online and he or she found your resume *The recruiter will tell you about the position available and how much beginning pay is (in my case pay was not negotiable because I was a contractor) *The recruiter will ask if you can talk to others who will further interview you *They will setup a time to call you *After you speak with them you will probably need to talk with other people who will interview you again but on how you handle yourself on the job *Afterwards they will call you and let you know if you are offered the position
