I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn who was coming to my school's career fair. After meeting and "interviewing" with him (it was more of a casual, getting to know you and the position) interview. I was offered a chance to come in and have my first in-person interview. I met with the recruiter, who prepped me for the interview, and two account managers. They were very honest about the position, but also told me about the work life balance, corporate culture, and room for growth. Bring a lot of questions, as they take a step back and want you to drive the conversation. After a few days, I was invited for my final interview. I met with two more account managers and then the two managers of the office. Again, it's the same as the first round, but more specific questions and you must drive the conversation. It's all about personality and coachability to get this job.
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.

The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!

Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
