I received a call from Diana from Insight Global initially. She told me she was reaching out to see if I was interested in an IT position at one of her clients. I said I was interested and she ran through my resume to see if I was a good fit. Then she assigned a phone interview(Skype) where I can meet her and Carly face to face to give them a better chance to see what kind of person I am. The interview went great; next step was to go to the client and interview with them directly in a peer interview.
Straightforward; talks about job description, your past experience(jobs and/or school). Less than 15 min I think. Nothing to stress over, and will ask any questions you have for them. Interviewed with two people, project manager and business analyst.

Colloquio
I posted my resume online and within weeks I received a call from them, there was a phone interview then we talked on Skype. We talked to get to know each other and the rest was history.

The questions were pretty straight forward, my skill set and knowledge of the job, and my expected pay rate. Once that was decided then the deal was sealed.
