I have worked with a couple recruiters at Insight Global in the past, but never again. I was contacted by them for a position with Warner Bros. The recruiter did not know what the job was. When she was screening me, she mistook my explanations for not having the experience (she didn't know what CMS meant). I had to continue to stop her and say, no, that means I have experience in that. When she emailed me the job description she was so off base. She told me the role needed graphic design skills, when in fact they just needed someone to manage the assets. BIG difference. She then proceeded to call all of my references and asked them each 6-10 questions about me. Then she told me that I wasn't the right fit for the role because they wanted someone with Live video streaming experience. That was never mentioned, and was not listed on the job description. So she basically wasted my time and all of my references for a job I was never going to get anyway.
