Very thorough and enthusiastic. Informative and helpful. Felt like I was interviewing them and not the other way around. Standard phone interview followed up by an in person interview where I was able to meet with my recruiter face to face.

Avoid and ignore any solicitations from this firm. I was contacted by 3 recruiters over the span of 6 months for the same job. After expressing interest, sharing a resume and availability they simply ghosted me. Very unprofessional. When I am in a position to hire, I will never work with this organization. Recruiting is about relationships and they have no clue.
