Phone interview, personality assessment, in-person interview. Never heard back after my in-person interview, even after sending thank you emails along with another follow up email. Even if they would have told me I didn't get the job that's fine, but to ignore my emails and not say anything was bizarre and unprofessional.

First step is a phone screen, and then they set you up with multiple interview rounds with the hiring manager at the company they're contracting you out to. Then you will receive feedback from the main recruiter, and will get an offer extended. this was all conducted virtually.

Very easy going and felt like I was talking to a peer instead of a clear cut interview. It was a zoom interview that was more of a getting to know you where I mainly talked about myself and then briefly went over the job position
