What made my process so enjoyable knowing that one of my sorority sisters has already been hired, had nothing but amazing things to say about the company, so being referred to an amazing company made life so much easier!! From the minute that I met my corporate recruiter on campus, had two personal interviews, I knew that accepting the offer was a no brainer!! I had a handful of friends also interview, didn’t get invited back, so that made me feel even better knowing how picky Insight Global was at hiring!!

The interview process was relatively easy and the people were nice. Sales managers seemed very serious and often standoffish. Their employees were extremely welcoming and seemed to like where they worked.

It was s screening with the recruiter then an interview with the account manager. After that the interview was with the client. They then told me they would get back with me. I Had to follow up to find out that the position was put on hold

Very long and in depth. Initial call with recruiter who helps and prepares you along the way for the rest of the interviews. Most were longer, an hour+, then final was in person.
