Initially called for me to come in and interview and meet for a position they thought my resume presented for a great fit. Went to the company and met. It was as if they just dropped the ball after that. Never heard from anyone, no phone call, no email.

Everything presented in the initial interview caused me not to worry. I believed the next step was to be communicated with via phone or on line. Nothing. I followed up with email, thanking them, etc. All the polite stuff I could do on my part. Still no response from them. Just dropped the ball. Not professional at all.
