Two levels of video conference interviews. One with Insight Global Recruiter, and one with the Customer. Interview and on-boarding process are very well organized, standardized, and extremely well executed and supported by the corporate management structure.

Spoke with the recruiter first established a relationship with them Discussed what I was looking for and how the jobs fit my lifestyle. Benefits, shifts and pay were very clear
Simple general questions. Very friendly staff. Worked with me to find the correct contracted positions and eventually lead to a full time salaried position at a great company. Would recommend checking in with them often about new opportunities that arise.
