Recruiter contacted me via Linkedin to set up a phone interview which was just a conversation about my current position and why I'd like to go into sales! Set up interview in office. I would recommend scheduling your in office interview to take place at the end of the week since they hold interviews all week and talk with your recruiter on Friday.

What motivates you? It's more of a conversation so be sure to get a little back round info on the managers and sales directors who will be interviewing you before hand!

The interview process was relatively easy and the people were nice. Sales managers seemed very serious and often standoffish. Their employees were extremely welcoming and seemed to like where they worked.

It was s screening with the recruiter then an interview with the account manager. After that the interview was with the client. They then told me they would get back with me. I Had to follow up to find out that the position was put on hold

Very long and in depth. Initial call with recruiter who helps and prepares you along the way for the rest of the interviews. Most were longer, an hour+, then final was in person.
