Fully vetted me prior to interview with Dublin company by both recruiter and account manager interviewing me, followed by speaking to a few references. First interview conducted on a Wednesday and by Thursday, i had my offer!

Avoid and ignore any solicitations from this firm. I was contacted by 3 recruiters over the span of 6 months for the same job. After expressing interest, sharing a resume and availability they simply ghosted me. Very unprofessional. When I am in a position to hire, I will never work with this organization. Recruiting is about relationships and they have no clue.

Very speedy, and streamlined. Often pressed for time and things move really fast. You need to ask recruiter many followup questions in order to know what they are looking for.
