It was very quick. I got a call from a recruiter, and I was in the office within a week for my first interview. I met with three people on the first day and it was 100% personality based. Not one experience question. The key for landing this job is making sure you and the person interviewing you have a memorable conversation. Find a common interest and talk a lot about it. After I got the call back, I met with two more people, and they were again conversational based. From start to finish, it took under two weeks to go from the first phone call, to the first day in the office.
